The Parish
Parking Lot Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Come to the dedication, Saturday, September 6th, 8:30 A.M.
For the past few years, Queen of All Saints Parish has embarked on a major reconstruction of our parking lot and play lot for the children at the school. We have been blessed with the resources to complete this beautiful improvement to our campus.
We are proud to present this project and would like to invite you to a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Saturday, September 6, after the 8:00 am Mass. The ceremony will commence approximately at 8:45 am, at the parking lot. Refreshments will be served after the ribbon cutting.
Drivers Needed!!!
Would you have a morning or an evening to volunteer? The Albany Park Food Pantry needs people at the following times to pick up food and deliver it to the pantry located at 5101 N. Kimball.
- - Thursday morning pickup at Whole Foods
- - Thursday evening pickup at Deerfield Bakery
- - Friday morning pickup at Whole Foods
The Food Pantry serves 1000 families a month. Take this opportunity to help out.
If you can help as a driver, or at the Food Pantry itself, please contact Peggy Molina ((847) 677-9146/skbr3@aol.com) or Maureen DeRose ((773) 777-0990/moderose@aol.com). In addition to the above list, we always need help from 9:30-11:30 on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month to bag food and unload our delivery truck. Other volunteer times are the 1st, 3rd and 5th Thursdays from 5pm - 6pm to bag food. We distribute the food on Fridays from 9am-12. Children under 16 are welcome to come with a supervising adult.
